Time for a Bath???? Hotel?

MCHG is well underway with it's Hotel in Bath, Maine. The 94 room Hampton Inn has completed the foundation work and the steel is up. Now I must admit, I am not "that" afraid of heights, but climbing a ladder 4 1/2 stories did require me to hold on a bit tighter than usual.

This picture is taken from the 4th story of this new Bath hotel. It is ideally located near Bath Iron Works and is walking distance to Historic Bath Village, with its distictive shops, restuarants and pubs.

Opechee construction http://www.opechee.com/ is again our builder of choice. The High quality work of Opechee lead by our very own, Jeff Daigneault, will surely produce one of Mid Coast Maine's best new hotels. Combining the talents of MCHG, the Hampton brand and waterviews will make this new property a real Gem.

Marriott opens in Exeter, NH

Marriott International officially turned on the switch and brought the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Exeter to life Friday afternoon. ( www.marriott.com/psmex )

Opening manager, Al Ferri, commented that this was one of the best openings he has ever had. From the construction readiness to the associate training, this hotel opened without a hitch.






Leaders Jamie, Alissa & Nicole worked long and hard beside their team for weeks and were recognized by a staff presentation of flowers.






MCHG team members, Kevin Pagnaono and Gordon Clark were on site throughout much of the preopening process. Their contributions were instrumental to the successful opening. Leaders from around the company conducted the most successful Sales Blitz yet.





Most of all, MCHG is fortunate to have leaders and team members that take care of business at home so that our company can continue such exciting growth. Thanks to all!
